Investment Incentives Platform
The Western Balkans Six Investment Incentive Platform is the first of its kind in the region, providing detailed information on available incentives in each of the WB6. It is one of the key measures under the Regional Investment Area, which is part of the Common Regional Market Action Plan 2021-2024.
Developed with input from Investment Promotion Agencies (IPAs) across the region, the platform includes both financial and non-financial incentives, categorized by type, sector, and target audience.
It provides comprehensive information for investors looking to invest in the WB6. As an evolving resource, the platform will be updated every six months to ensure it remains current and relevant.

1) direct marketing: agricultural-food products and home-made products (food, clothing, cosmetic and hygiene products, art objects, etc.), in accordance with special regulations, namely: construction/reconstruction/equipment of facilities for storage, packaging and sale on the farm, as well as via the Internet, at markets, fairs and in stores (eg facilities, stands, kiosks), purchase of new machines, mechanization, devices and equipment for equipping facilities for storage, packaging and sale of products; IT hardware and equipment, including software; mobile stores - a vehicle with appropriate equipment for the purpose of carrying out activities, etc.
Rural tourism: construction/reconstruction/equipment, namely:
1) categorized accommodation facilities, including accompanying facilities for the provision of catering services;
2) auxiliary facilities for the provision of additional services, such as sports, recreation, leisure, wellness, education and exhibition spaces that express traditional, historical, educational and other contents;
3) supporting facilities (eg storerooms, garages, storage rooms, boiler rooms, wells, etc.).

bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings have not been initiated;
accounts with commercial banks are not blocked, as well as if they were not blocked for more than 30 days, in the period of 12 months before submitting the request.
